Shipping policy

 

Important: If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please record it (photo/video) before opening it. If you find that the items inside are damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the arrival date.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Pre-order/Made-to-order items will be posted after the date/days stated on the product page.
  • Please note that if there are pre-order items and in-stock items in one order,we will wait until the pre-order item is available to fulfill the order. If you’d like to receive the in-stock item first, please place separate orders.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or announce it on the website.

  • Free shipping applies on orders over $100 AUD.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (currently not available).

 

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Catz Talk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

General Information

Shipping Carriers

  • We use Australia Post for most orders, both domestic and international. Less frequently, we may use other couriers.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Location

  • Most of our inventory is stored in Sydney, Australia. Occasionally, some pre-order items will be shipped directly by the creators (From Taiwan), depending on their location at the time. When this occurs, there won't be extra costs for shipping.

Delivery Issues

  • If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us through the contact form or online chat with your order number.
  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This email will include your order number and a summary of your order details.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
